At Minimalist Movement , we're all about creating a safe and enjoyable workout experience for our expectant clients. We're thrilled to offer Reformer Vitality and Solo Adventure sessions as options for you during your pregnancy journey. Here's what you need to know:

 

Healthcare Provider Clearance: Before diving into any Reformer Vitality or Solo Adventure session while pregnant, we kindly ask that you get a thumbs-up from your healthcare provider. This is just to make sure that your workouts align with your unique pregnancy circumstances.

 

Reformer Group Class Consideration: Our Reformer Vitality sessions sometimes involve lying on your back for up to 10 minutes at a time. If you're more than 30 weeks pregnant, we strongly recommend going for the Solo Adventure sessions. Your comfort is our priority!

 

Solo Adventure Sessions: These sessions are tailor-made for you, providing a comfy and customized workout experience. You get to set the pace and focus on exercises that work best for you during your pregnancy.

 

Customized Workouts: Whether you choose Reformer Vitality or Solo Adventure sessions, our instructors are experts at adapting exercises to accommodate your changing body. Just let them know about your pregnancy, and they'll ensure a safe and enjoyable workout.

 

Listen to Your Body: During any session, remember to tune in to what your body is telling you. If you ever feel dizzy, short of breath, or uncomfortable, it's perfectly fine to take a break and talk to your instructor.

 

Hydration and Rest: Staying hydrated is key during pregnancy. So, grab your water bottle and take short breaks whenever needed. If you're feeling tired, don't hesitate to rest or adjust exercises as needed.

 

Comfy Attire: Wear comfy, breathable clothing that lets you move freely during your sessions. And, don't forget the importance of proper footwear for safety and stability.

 

Early Arrival: Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to get ready and chat with your instructor about any concerns or questions you may have.

 

Oh, and just to keep things crystal clear, our Reformer Vigor class isn't suitable for pregnant clients. We want to ensure your safety and comfort at all times.
