Late Arrival Policy

Let's Begin Together!

We're all about making your experience safe, enjoyable, and effective. That's why we kindly request that you arrive on time for your class, ideally right at the scheduled start time. However, if you find yourself running a tad late, please keep in mind:

Our 15-Minute Rule: We ask that you aim to be in the class no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Here's Why:

Your Safety First: We want you to stay safe and injury-free. The first part of our classes often includes warm-up exercises specifically designed to prepare your body. Joining in on time ensures you're warmed up and ready to go.

Smooth Sailing: Late entries can sometimes disrupt the flow of the class and might inconvenience others who've already started. We're all here to have a great time, and starting together helps us achieve that.

Quality Instruction: Our instructors do their best when everyone kicks off the class together. It ensures you get the best guidance and instruction from the get-go.

We totally understand that life can throw you curveballs, and lateness happens. We simply want to ensure you get the most out of your class while keeping things safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding, and let's have a fantastic class together!
